Product Description :
In 2012, at the 9th Asia Pacific Harmonica Festival, Owen Ho was invited to compose a chromatic harmonica test piece for the chromatic elite category. Owen Ho produced an extraordinary composition and created a new technique which requires a harmonica player to have fantastic virtuosity to handle. The technique calls for the player to hold a minim note and, simultaneously, play a staccato note below the minim. At that festival, Mr. Ho premiered his new composition in the harmonica master concert after the competition ended.

Now I have had a chance to listen to your album, and I’m pleased to hear that you have made very good progress since the last time I heard you.
You must have practised a lot to perform such demanding repertoire.
Your technique is clean and accurate, and in general you make a nice sound
Joe Sakimoto
Your playing very nice. Works of James Moody, your playing sound and technique are very excellent. I interested your works.
1. The moment & The movement - It's very difficult for harmonica but it nice work for harmonica.

I really enjoy your own compositions! I got it this afternoon on my way home from work, and I am already listening to it a second time now. I am enjoying your playing alot!
Seriously it is one of the most satisfying program I have from anyone on harmonica. Great balance of familiar and new items, and fast and slow.
James Hughes
This is a very fine recording and I have listened to it with great pleasure.
It is so good to hear James Moody's music played so well.
Congratulations! you are a top rate musician.

You certainly demonstrate how well it can play many different styles of music. It also demonstrates the importance of a good instrument. Some of the very difficult passages would be so much harder to play properly on an inferior harmonica.
